Buyer beware

Took long time for product to be delivered didn’t understand it was being shipped from overseas, customer support sluggish and not helpful, could not access phone application nor get support or validation code to calibrate the hearing aids, one hearing aid lost its wire rendering it useless after three months and was unable to get support to help me repair and told me I had to send back to China at my cost! But offered me another set at half off, what an insult. They don’t stand behind their product, would steer clear.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the multiple frustrations you have experienced.
Regarding the delayed delivery, we have investigated the matter and communicated with USPS. USPS believes this is within normal and reasonable delivery times. We will also strengthen communication with USPS and urge the courier service to provide faster and more efficient assistance.
Regarding the product damage after three months of use, we carefully reviewed the photos you provided and found that this was caused by human error, which is beyond the scope of quality control. Of course, we offer two solutions: 1. Repair it free of charge, but you will need to return the product to our factory for repair at your own expense. 2. We are also willing to provide you with a new product at a low price to avoid the hassle of returning it for repair.
We have contacted you multiple times via email. If you prefer this option or have a better solution, please contact us via email. We are happy to help you resolve this issue.
Regarding product usage, we provide detailed operating instructions. Please read and follow them carefully. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
