I purchased the K23 OTC hearing aids. They worked well but I was having feedback issues with my right ear. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful providing suggestions regarding different ear pieces. I loved the blutooth functionality for listening to music and answering call. I was still having issues sealing the unit to stop feedback. (I think it must be my right ear.) Customers service suggest I upgrade to the SmartU, which became affordable when they applied the cost of the K23 to to price. I'll write a second review once the SmartU arrives.
