Chosgo worked with me on two purchases. First one didn’t work for me as it was discovered that my hearing loss was too bad for that model. They allowed me to pay the difference and upgrade to another model because it had batteries and I needed rechargeable as my arthritis doesn’t allow me to easily handle small items like batteries. They are currently allowing me to upgrade AGAIN and have worked with me along the way so far. They respond to emails quickly & have made the exchanges easy. I will be getting the final upgrade this week and hopefully THIS one will work for me. I do have very bad hearing loss in one ear. The prices are very reasonable and customer support is amazing. 5 stars from me .

NO ANSWERING CALLS AT THE ANTIOCH ,TN STORE.
Called and tried every option. The call rings and rings then abruptly hangs up on you. I am so glad I didnt actually purchase the product. If they dont even answer the phone after 7 trys then that speaks loudly to me.. decide for yourself but I will simply shop elsewhere.

Results useless, vague and only indicated more and more of thier tests. All they want to do is sell you thier products and more testing. Told me basically nothing and was a complete wqaste of money. I am deleting the entire app and will not buy any supplements nor do any further useless tests.
