I am very happy with hearing aids. They delivered in a timely fashion. Instructions were clear.
The only reason I gave one less star is because the tubing was a bit long for me and I am not sure how to shorten; or if you can do this.

Quick response to a billing concern. When I forgot to enter the coupon code, a refund was issued, rather than having to cancel the order. Very efficient.

Personal message was able to be added in the book , making the book is a keepsake for my grandson.
