Early Jan '23 (8/1) I put an order via Cander Berlin website (#68854). Next day I received an email how to track delivery status, up to now usual stuff. However, when doing so I had no results. After a couple if days I contacted Cander Berlin via emails, no response. In my 3d effort I received an email, a lady signed as Mariella was happy to help me asking order no. I replied immediately. 2 days passed and no response, delivery track status remaining the same. Another email by me saying that if I have no news within the day my order to be cancelled asking money refund. No response. Today I tried to contact Cander Berlin by phone. No lack. Sorry to say but this experience is unique, in none of my internet purchases so far I faced such lack of professionalism.
Soon after my above comment having been submitted I checked my inbox, Mariella was notifying me that she checked delivery with DHL and that everything is ok. And suddenly I realised where the problem was, I was provided with a delivery code linked with Deutche Post, when I tried DHL tracking I found specific delivery. However, though issue resolved, I insist on my comment, I have never spent so much time on any of my internet purchases, never, ever!

Ordered on Sunday from the Netherlands and received on Wednesday from Germany. The watch is good, clear numbers.
The wall clock and alarm clock are perfect in size and it is soundless.
Very happy with the products! My daughter loves reading the time now.

I have ordered two Wanduhren, one is working perfectly but the other one is not.
Have to send it back unfortunately.

We are very happy with our purchase. The delivery came very quickly and very well packed. The kids watch was perfect for my son, and my kids all loved the silent pendent clock (in tiger). The only thing that wasn’t our favorite is the alarm clock… it is made out of plastic but looked like wood (which we knew before ordering it), and it wasn’t so easy for my kids to turn the alarm off with the switch on the side. However, overall we are still very happy, and would recommend it.

I ordered a clock more than a month ago. I didn't receive it. I've sent more than 10 emails to their email address but received no answer. I also contacted Cander Berlin via their official web site contact page but received no answer.

I'm trying to call them but the number is invalid.

The clock looks fine and was nicely finished. It also works well.
It is constructed with little mass and therefor it doesn't stay positioned upright by itself, especially on our old wall that is not completely flat.
It felt a bit scary to remove the pin that locked the clockwork, it required quite strong force and the directions for doing this were not totally convincing. So it felt like possibly breaking the clockwork instead of starting it.
