We ordered a watch for my son, an table clock and a wall clock. All look very good. It has all Clock numbers from 12-23hrs that we also needed along with minutes dial from 0-60. However, the silicone belt with magnet of the watch always gets loose. It doesn't stay very well on his hand. Also it was Plastic packaging. For me it was not so pleasing.

The order received is not the right one.
Indeed, I ordered a clock size 56 cm and I receive a clock size 40 cm which is not suitable
I sent several emails with photos of the wrong clock, supporting evidence that I had made the right order with 56cm (print-screen of my order)
I still have not received a concrete response regarding a refund or a return of the right order = 56 cm to my home
I would like to have news of your service

Clock do not work in our timezone. We did two reclamations, no answers were given.

Terrible customer service and quality. I purchased a clock from the UK and it arrived and looked flimsy. I returned it (cost me £10 to send to the address I was given by customer services) and it was then returned to me. Awful experience. Do not buy from this company!

Because you weren't opened to change a product which has an injurie on the top. Your answer was that it is a vintage wall clock but it looks like a clock which has a damage, not vintage.

I ordered clock 2 weeks ago. It suppose to have been send by DHL, but nothing arrived . Contacted company twice , but cannot get answer on what is happening

The item was great but their customer service was non existent.
I needed help from them because they forgot to add my phone number to the delivery info (before the parcel was given to the delivery service) but they didn't reply and shipped out the package without my contact information on it. Had to chase down the delivery service agency to help correct this. Got the package in the end but after quite the husstle.
