Everything perfect!

I am not satisfied with band at all. My kid use it gently for 1 week and it's already started to fell apart. She always put it off before bath, and really try not to destroy it, but despite this, the bracelet has started to unravel, and the threads are now sticking out in all directions.

The product is way too fragile!! I bought the clock for my kids around 2 weeks ago. Very quite like it describe „Lautlos“ and very very light. But sadly my kid took it and have a look maybe shake a little bit and it stops running already. The light can still use but the clock not moving anymore.

The clock is for kids and i think it shouldn‘t be so fragile.

Very nice product (I chose a nice alarm clock for my daughter), the design is beautiful and the quality is good.

To returning their item if you outside Germany is very difficult. Took many emails and reminders to get info for custom. They also lied about refund without return , but didn’t refund . Lost 2 weeks, before noticed that refund wasn’t issued . Contacted them again and they said - representative was not correct and I need to send goods back. Will see if they issue the refund overall 2 weeks lost on waiting refund, and 3 weeks on getting info for customs

The metal rim of the watch is losing its colour within just a few days of receiving and wearing it and the glass face is scratched to bits within less than a week. I'm really disappointed with the quality given the price of the watch. Definitely not worth 30 euros.

The clock came damaged and so far there was no response to my emails where I ask how to return it (~10 days and no repy)

I ordered and paid for 2 watches on 11 Dec 2024.
Order was not delivered, therefore I have cancelled it and requested a refund 29 Dec 2024.
Refund has not been transferred until today 14 Jan 2025.
Order #202600.
Currently I cannot recommend to anyone to buy stuff from you, as your work ethic and customer support is substandard and way below average!
Please explain the rootcause why you have not transferred my money back and when will it be!
