I ordered gel nail polish. They never answer my emails. Their primary email is not working. I’m trying to reach the company but they don’t have any social media accounts.
Beautix is a good nail polish brand but not sure if this web site represents it. It seems like a scam.
I made order 17 days ago. Haven’t received any shipping information. I contacted their support (which was a gmail address), they messaged me back that they sent the item but they didn’t answer me when I requested a tracking number. I messaged them 2 times, no answer.
My delivery address was in Greece. They sent my order with some kind of delivery company called elta
After 1 month of waiting I found out that my order was stuck in the post office and I had to pick it up and plus pay some additional 27 EUR (I don't even know why).
I called Stuarts London and all they can say is "I don't know. there's nobody to answer your questions, you have to deal with that delivery company by yourself"
Well... This is how they handle customer problems. Doesn't seem like a company to trust to me

As our customer service team explained, your order was withheld at your local customs office due to import fees that were due. You then requested for the order to be sent to a different address, to which we explained you need to either pay for import fees to receive to parcel or contact the customs office to decline the parcel, so the parcel would then get returned to us & we would be able to re-send.
In this scenario our customer service team explained the different options available to you so we feel this review is very unfair & misinforming. Please reachout via email to our customer service team if you would to discuss this further.
My order was canceled because of some security reasons. I received email that I had to call them to verify some additional information. I called them, verified my info but they still didn't proceed with my order. Although it wasn't my first order on Bloomingdale's, somehow the system decided that this time my order should not pass and the customer support representatives have 0 power over the system. Ridiculous :)))) ok I'll spend my money somewhere else if that's what you want
I ordered a clock more than a month ago. I didn't receive it. I've sent more than 10 emails to their email address but received no answer. I also contacted Cander Berlin via their official web site contact page but received no answer.
I'm trying to call them but the number is invalid.
