Hello Ignas,
thank you for your review. The order was handed over to our shipping department on October 24th. There is a high probability that the package got lost on the way to the DHL package center. We're sorry.
I have just passed the order back to our shipping department. You will receive a shipping notification from us via email within the next 60 minutes. There you will find the DHL tracking number of the new delivery.
