Lack of professionalism
Early Jan '23 (8/1) I put an order via Cander Berlin website (#68854). Next day I received an email how to track delivery status, up to now usual stuff. However, when doing so I had no results. After a couple if days I contacted Cander Berlin via emails, no response. In my 3d effort I received an email, a lady signed as Mariella was happy to help me asking order no. I replied immediately. 2 days passed and no response, delivery track status remaining the same. Another email by me saying that if I have no news within the day my order to be cancelled asking money refund. No response. Today I tried to contact Cander Berlin by phone. No lack. Sorry to say but this experience is unique, in none of my internet purchases so far I faced such lack of professionalism.
Soon after my above comment having been submitted I checked my inbox, Mariella was notifying me that she checked delivery with DHL and that everything is ok. And suddenly I realised where the problem was, I was provided with a delivery code linked with Deutche Post, when I tried DHL tracking I found specific delivery. However, though issue resolved, I insist on my comment, I have never spent so much time on any of my internet purchases, never, ever!
