Scammers

Scammers. Do not be tricked into paying extra for next day delivery, this company does not actually offer next day delivery. Quote “ Royal mail next day delivery runs on a 1-2 working day basis”
Royal Mail do offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. This company just choose not to use it. If you are not going to offer next day delivery then remove it from your delivery options or call it 1-2 day delivery.
They also refused to refund my postage costs. Will never purchase from them again

Atrocious service

Atrocious service, I don’t understand why companies continue to use this totally incompetent delivery company. Why even bother sending the customer an email with a delivery date when they never ever deliver on that date and the tracking is non-existent. In future if DPD is the only delivery option I will shop elsewhere.

Extremely slow delivery.

If your in a hurry then buy from someone else. Delivery time stated 7-10 working days, it took them 8 working days / 12 days total before they bothered to post the item and it arrived on the 10th working day, which was 14 days total. If I’d known they weren’t going to bother posting for over a week I’d have driven the 10 miles to their shop and picked it up myself.

I'm sure we posted this item as quickly as we possibly could as we always aim to deliver orders in the quickest time possible. If you need something else quicker you can always call us to make sure it is in stock and call into the store.

Avoid at all cost

please do yourselves a favour and never order from this company, ordered a printer and received an automated email 2 days later stating it had been dispatched, a week later it hadnt arrived so emailed the company to ask where it was, 3 emails later and still no reply, had to open a paypal dispute to try to get my money back.

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a compressor from this company, on arrival it was damaged so contacted them straight away, they told me they would replace the damaged parts, 2 months later still no replacement parts so i was forced to open a paypal dispute and they still refuse to send the damaged parts. please avoid having anything to do with this company.

In response to your reply , you have had ample time to replace the damaged parts you sent.
I would not have had to open a dispute if you had sent the parts when you said you would. And now you are still refusing to send them. Your company is a disgrace, there is absolutely no reason for you to continue to refuse to ship the parts which you sent damaged.

Facts
You supplied a damaged compressor and fittings.
You agreed to replace the damaged items
Over 3 months later I have still not received the replacement parts
You are now refusing to send the replacement parts which you agreed to.
You have told lies , we will let the people who read the reviews decide for themselves.

Edit. You are liars , who doesn’t allow you to send the replacement parts to replace the damaged parts you sent in the first place ? ?


Edit. Well? Why don’t you reply. You told me you are not allowed to send me the replacement parts ,but you will not tell me who doesn’t allow you ???
You have taken my money , delivered damaged items and refuse to send me the replacements.

Good morning,

Please note that you’ve notified us about the damage on December 2nd and it was only two days later that the components have been ordered to the manufacturing industry. It took time for us to get the parts from the producer as they had to find the spare parts and dispatch them for the shipment in our warehouse (obviously, the time required by the producer cannot be overcome: please note that it could be possible that the manufacturing industry experience some delays in dispatching the parts and that is mostly true in the Christmas period). Once again, as you'd opened a Paypal claim asking to be refunded, it means that whether you would have won the claim, you would have received a full refund that is what you asked from the beginning of the Paypal claim. However, as the Paypal complaint has been sorted out in our favour you’ve started again to ask for the spare parts
However, for all the above-mentioned reasons, we were not allowed to ship the parts to you, unfortunately.

Good afternoon,

We did not refuse to send the spare parts under warranty and they were ready to be dispatched from our warehouse when we’ve been notified about the Paypal claim.
As you’ve gone through a Paypal claim asking to be refunded, were not allowed to ship the parts to you, unfortunately

Used machine Mary for the first time to order some items for my workshop. Service was excellent, delivery was fast and quality of items are top class.
Will definitely be using machine mart again.
