Efficient service

Booking was straightforward. When booked class of travel wasnt available a second was proposed. Subsequent second booking, refund of first and notification of all moves were swift and efficient.

HMO licence renewal bu Nazia

Nazia Subhan managed new HMO licence for our rental property. The process is always drawn out and aggravating. Nazia completed all processes, maintained all communications with the City Council and kept me updated throughout. Her input greatly ameliorated the process. I am grateful.

Poor service systems

The car I purchased was good. That element was fine. I bought the 2 year service plan. On my first service the centre had not been informed my car was coming and therefore it needed to be completed on a second day. This entailed transport costs and inconvenience. Today I brought my car in for MOT. This is conducted remotely from the service centre and has taken over three hours. Staff members are polite but clearly the service / MOT element doesn't work. I will simply go elsewhere - at my expense - for further service / MOT work. The delays and inconvenience are simply too costly.

Clear feeless foreign currency spends

Card advises you through the app precisely what you have spent- particularly useful when purchasing abroad amount in Sterling is displayed almost immediately. All other card facilities managed without issue too.

Great option

Motorway presented, for me, an effective selling option. Because it relies on third party traders it is not as quick as some. That said the return was higher (by £1600 in my case). The initial reserve was low which was unnerving but there is no obligation to accept. The agent was polite and professional. Car collected within four days. Excellent.
