I had an issue while booking a trip…

I had an issue while booking a trip with the dates and the customer service (Amey and Gegi) were able to help me out by engaging with the Ferry operator to change the dates.

The 12 Months PS5 plus scam

I was thinking of buying a 12-month psn…
The 12 Months PS5 plus subscription is a scam, they do not tell you are buying a sub account they give you with the subscription, it is not said on the description of the product.

Referred me to the guide "How to Download and install a game" but I am not buying any game, I am buying an account that turns out is a sub account where I can not have my own Primary and Secondary accounts.

Scammers, they do not even cancel/refund, besides the Customer Service is the worst ever, rude and very belligerent as many people said.

Ineptos e ineficaces

No les pongo 0 porque no se puede.

No arreglan nada, envían las cosas de vuelta sin testear y encima no arreglan cosas defectos de fabricación en garantía. 2 veces he tenido que enviar un aspirador Xiaomi Mope S2 en garantía para que solo arreglen 1 de las 2 incidencias.

Horribles, de vergüenza.

Atencion al cliente nefasta

Atencion al cliente nefasta, no tienen ni idea de la info que dan, maleducados y sin soluciones.

Robot aspirador Xiaomi Mope s2 el cuál la tapa superior que da acceso al cajón de suciedad se ha vuelto amarilla, siendo el resto del robot blanco.

Desde Xiaomi se niegan a arreglarlo, solo bajo presupuesto, cuando es un defecto de fabricación ya que el resto de las piezas de plástico si siguen blancas tras 1 año de uso.

El servicio de atención al cliente sin tener acceso a ningún informe del "SAT" (por llamarles algo) me dice que si no lo han reparado es porque sera del mal uso... Ese es el nivel de la empresa y de su atención al cliente, evitar a toda costa si no queréis tirar el dinero.

Fast shipping even through a third party as Moravia, they deserve the highest rating, so far so good :)

Sakare Bond street.

Fantastic customer service provided by Natalia, she has been very helpful and sweet the whole time, making me understand how products work and how to use them and very patient with me and my infinite questions.

I am not an expert in those but I ended up with a bit of knowledge and getting all I needed for me and a small treat for my mother.
