I stated earlier that I made the reservation and attempted to pay using an iPhone. I tried to pay with Apple Pay. When I made payment I was taken to a bank screen with no idea if payment had been approved. In a panic I had a friend process a payment using his laptop and funding source. (I then paid him directly.) Later, I got email confirmation my Apple Pay was approved. So, two payments were made for my trip. I would hope one would be refunded. As to the trip, our driver, Jack, was excellent. He was prompt, safe, kind, and considerate.
