Tourble support team

They can easly get a 5 stars, but there support kill all. I order a ferry+van from gili air to Ubud.
The perches process was fast, and I get a booking confurmation.
There was also a map where is the farry boot location in Gili air. But from there no explanation how I shell get to the van in Padang bai.
I contact the support , I use the hot line, nating help. Just write me back that my question forword. No more. Eventually I was need to look by myself for the van in the port. Ask many worker they when I anderstand where it should be. Also I get on 12:00 the van just leave on 14:00 also my ticket said 12:30 will be at the distantion.
I all read at the hotel 2 days after send my mail, and no replsy from the company

Run from eDreams like from fire

Not get close to this company. After they take they fee for contact you with the flight company , you don't hear from them. I buy 2 tickets by eDreams and add money to get notification and handling check in automaticly. I was thinking I was in good hands and I have agent we do the job for me. a month before the first fligt I get notification directly from thee flight company taht my original flight is cancel and I can change to day befor on the some terms or cancel. I wait fro meDrean to get the some notification and make all the change by them. But when I wait for a week and didn't get any replay I make the cjange directy in front of the flight company, noit to lose the date. Then after 2 weeks I get message from eDream say the flight cancel without any assistance. Also I didn't get any automatic check in and I make it by myself.So for what I need them and what I pay for? Next time I see what the best price I can geet from one of teh agent company and go and buy the tickets directly from the flight company. Do it also .

Low price that the only good thing

As in the title. Low price is the only plus in my experience.
On the bad side:
1. The sit is not friendly. Not clear and jumping windows during operating.
2. After I pay immediately to a key it been possible to download the code. All the time a message that the perchash didn't process yet (it is only a key , which can be transferred immediately after payment).
After a day I send a mail to the support and only then I can download the code.
