They can easly get a 5 stars, but there support kill all. I order a ferry+van from gili air to Ubud.
The perches process was fast, and I get a booking confurmation.
There was also a map where is the farry boot location in Gili air. But from there no explanation how I shell get to the van in Padang bai.
I contact the support , I use the hot line, nating help. Just write me back that my question forword. No more. Eventually I was need to look by myself for the van in the port. Ask many worker they when I anderstand where it should be. Also I get on 12:00 the van just leave on 14:00 also my ticket said 12:30 will be at the distantion.
I all read at the hotel 2 days after send my mail, and no replsy from the company
