webiste not informative on status of order
Paying only succeeded using Paypal and that comes at a hefty cost. It takes a couple of days for the payment to be confirmed and in the mean time it looks as if something was wrond. The website could be much more informative on this. Because it looked like an error I opened a support ticket, and support was great, efficient and friendly. But if the website would be clearer on the status of the order, this would have saved some stress.
