Very little information and poorly organised
The trip I just took with this company started off well and ended badly. Before the actual trip there was little to no information about said trip, which included a change of van. The night before I was sent an email with more information and realised that I had to wait 2 and a half hours between buses, something that isn't clear before you book the bus.
The first van was fine and punctual, however, the second wasn't a van (as specified in the previous email) but a car, which sounds great, but I was crammed in the middle for 4 hours, with no upper back or head support, leaving me with a sharp pain for the last hour or so.
If you're travelling in Thailand, I highly recommend just booking your buses and trains when you are there, I only booked this bus because I couldn't get on the plane without proof of transit out of the country.

- You will transit at Hatyai before traveling to the end destinations. The transit may take from 1 to 4 hrs. Please follow the staff's guidance at the transit station.
- The vehicle type can be flexible and can change without prior notice (van or bus), depending on the number of passengers on that day.
