Review of Headout
Unlike most ticket booking services, Headout doesn’t send a pdf with your tickets by email. It sends an email that forces you to download and install their app to get your tickets.
So, silly me, I assumed the second email (following the receipt) from Headout contained the tickets I paid for. Instead, we had to wait 25 minutes as the app tried and repeatedly failed to install. We almost missed entry to our event,
So as always when a company’s software makes the process needlessly technical, I advise Headout to give their programmers more access to porn, so they have other ways to assume themselves, than screwing
around their customers.

Review of Tiqets
I’ve used competitor’s sites. Tiqets is by far the best. Their site is more intuitive to use and prices are generally better. I especially like that the app shows all my events in one place. Saves scrolling through a hundred email while a ticket taker and a lineup behind wait for me to find the QR code.
Review of Reflect Window & Door
Reflect Window and Door made it quick and easy to find, order and ship the part I needed. The whole experience took 3 minutes. After a poor experience with an unresponsive competitor Reflect is a welcome upgrade.
