I had an issue with my order - reaching out by email was frustrating and futile. After several days of emailing back and forth it became clear that they were automated messages, posing as actual human correspondence. It was infuriating. But when I called they were fantastic and resolved everything quickly. I love the product, this was a third order with them!

The slip is particularly very feminine according to my friend. She is extremely happy with the product and would like me to purchase some more in the future. The service you provide is very polite and civil! Well done!
