The technician seemed polite enough but they scheduled him the day before with a ‘no show’ and the next day was 1-5 with a 5:15 arrival. It appeared to us to be a temperature control knob on this $300 gas dryer but he said it would cost $661.00 to repair. The AI system at Sears was horrific. Didn’t recognize the phone number or the order number. 

Excellent communication. Got right down to what I needed. Had it sent out fast with an amazing repair. 

Well for starters it was easy to order I got it on a timely fashion great price good support

I found the Moen service kits by numbers. I need see the actual products to know if they are really what I am looking for. 

Perhaps not super fast, but very reliable. The stack is delivered with a forklift, meaning that it can be transported very close to where it's needed, and thia definitely makes things easier. Overall very satisfied. 

I made an order for cca 150 EUR, everything was in stock. After one week the items were not shipped, so I wrote an email. They replied promptly that it would be shipped the same day. It was not. The next day I requested cancellation and refund, which the sent promptly.

I would not recommend the shop unless you can wait indefinetely for the goods.  For me it was a waste of time for mechandise that I needed and could have odered elsewhere.

I’m new to solar power and not technically minded. The company who fitted my Enphase battery and solar panels did not provide me with a good customer experience - however rest assured the customer service and support offered by Enphase is truly second to none . Prompt connection to their advisors friendly help from people who know their products and can help to guide and support you when needed. I was really impressed by the use of a video link to allow the advisor to actually see my system and easily help troubleshooting my internet connectivity issues . 
My Enphase battery and solar is meeting my expectations - I just need a helping hand with the sunshine !
