These scammers stole my girlfriend’s money after she won and then banned her account and banned my account. They pretended like we were the same person using two different accounts. Which is absurd, we’re both verified on MANY sites and both play individually just like many people out there. I referred her to Gains, she actually won on her first deposit, and next thing I know I receive this email. And they then threaten legal action if we speak about their fraud LOL. They didn’t even ASK for any proof which would have been simple. Not to mention we both VERIFIED individually with our IDs and live face scan which makes their fraud even more blatant.
The Email-
Hi Daniel
“When you signed up for our service, you agreed to our terms and conditions. Our records show that you have violated the Gains.com Terms of Conditions, specifically the provision stating:
"Only one (1) Account is allowed per person and per device. In the event that Gains.com determines that you have registered more than one (1) Account, or accessed the Service on a device that is already associated with a different Account, then you acknowledge and agree that, in addition to any other rights that Gains.com may have, Gains.com has the right to suspend or terminate your Account(s), refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, and withhold or revoke the awarding of any prizes."
As a result of this violation:
Your account has been permanently closed.
All personal information, including payment methods, and identification documents, has been deleted from our systems.
This decision is final. Any harassment, defamatory statements, or threats toward Gains.com, its employees, or affiliates will result in legal action.

We never violated ANY terms and conditions. They just didn’t want to pay out. They were happy to take both of our money though. Notice how they don’t even ASK for any proof and say any attempts to contact will be ignored. Scammer. Don’t play here.
