I placed my redemption over a week ago and it’s still just showing as “in review.” Hasn’t been sent to my Skrill. I wanted to send it to my bank but it doesn’t allow you the option to change your bank account. Most worrisome however is that I can’t get in contact with anyone nor get a response to the 3 emails I’ve sent. I have been paid by this casino in the past, but I’m not sure what to do here because they are so unresponsive. They’ve sent out in the automatic reply that they don’t have anyone working on weekends, but they don’t even respond during the week either. Not sure what to do here and these are not problems that we should have to deal with. Nearly every other social casino has instant help, and certainly respond within the day. I haven’t heard back all week long. I will update my review if I hear back and the situation is resolved.
