UPDATE*** Do NOT use TheBoss.Casino. I previously rated this place 5 STARS. Big mistake. And now once I made a large deposit and won they are trying to screw me. I played through the $1000 I deposited and won a total of $220. After trying to redeem, and after having already redeemed MULTIPLE TIMES with no issue, they’ve told me I actually have to play through a rollover. They stated in writing I had “$313” in rollover left to complete. After completing that they changed the number AGAIN bc I ended up winning even more, and now are trying to say I have to play through $4000 more on an $850 deposit in a backhanded way to not pay me… I really should have listened to the previous reviews. They will strictly adhere to the rules they make up as they go along in order to not pay you once you’ve given them a larger deposit or get a big win….

I wish they allowed photos on here because I have documentation proving everything and screenshots with their support stating everything I’ve said and flip-flopping. Essentially their scam is to get you to play and withdrawal smaller amounts, and once you trust the website enough and either make a large deposit or a large win and try to withdrawal a larger amount, they will suddenly tell you there’s a huge rollover attached to it. This business won’t last operating like this. It’s clearly a money grab.

ALSO- They’re clearly creating fake accounts on here in an attempt to offset all of the real reviews which are 1 star. Don’t listen to the reviews that are 5 star and it’s their only review. These guys WILL scam you even if you’ve made a few purchases for small amount and redeemed a couple times. As SOON as you win a larger amount they will NOT pay you.

If they do the right thing and process the redemption I will report back and update my review. I completed their made up rollover amount and now there’s 0 excuse. If they don’t process it now they 1000% are making up numbers on the fly to keep you playing. I have in writing that I only had $313 left to play through which I completed, again, despite a 4x rollover never once being attached before. They keep trying to tell me this has always been in place, despite the fact I’ve withdrawn multiple times rolling over 1x exactly. The lies coming from them is absurd. I saw a response they posted on here to a review 2 days ago where they stated they “never cancel redemptions and only ever do so for verification issues or compliance issues”, and I’m over here laughing because I’ve literally had them cancel 5-10 redemptions without cause, reason, or notifying me why. They’re just blatant liars and scammers at this point. Listen to the negative reviews, these are not sore losers who are upset they lost some money. They have legitimately been swindled out of money by TheBoss.Casino due to predatory and unethical business practices.


***If you have been scammed by TheBoss.Casino I highly recommend you report them to Pragmatic Play, 3 Oaks, and all of the big name game providers so they pull their game libraries from their website for not paying people money won using their games, along with report to Visa and the FTC.***


EDIT**** As you’ll see they replied below, stating they would investigate it thoroughly and acting like they cared. LOL. This was their response-
