Worst redemption time

As I sit here waiting for my redemption this casino is becoming one of the worst to redeem your winning I had won on a different casino and already received the winning in my account and the one that I win on awas a brand new casino

Don't waste your time or money!

It is extremely frustrating to be waiting for my redemption to process for 8 days now. On the 19th of August I put in a redemption for $300 and it is still pending today (August 27th). I have spoke to their customer service through their chat feature on the website several times and they just continue to give me the run around. It takes only seconds for them to get my money but when the tables turn and it's my turn to get money they have several security clearings to go through, I guess, before they give it back to me. I honestly think they are just doing everything they can, looking for anything they can find, just to NOT HAVE TO PAY YOU. If I would have known this was going to end up being like this i would not have given them any money. That's why I am writing this review, to hopefully save some people the frustration and spend your money elsewhere.

Doesnt pay out! Closed account instead!

I do not have another account and when i verified all my info there was no issue until now! They just didnt want to do my payout and is trying to say i broke the agreement in terms and conditions! Scammers for sure!

Shady as hell. Don't do business with these crooks!

Shady as hell. Waiting for 6 days on my redemption. When they list on their site 12 or 24 hours. Then customer support won't tell you anything other than redemptions are taking longer because of high volume. Literally won't answer any question. I was told I'd completed security checks and financing was processing. But the next day was told by another agent the delay was due to the fact that my redemption was still going through security. Beware folks.
Update. It's been 2 weeks, still received nothing. Support just parrots the same bs responses and tries to pacify while not actually giving any information. Supposedly flagged my redemption for quicker processing 5 different times. Ive since reported them to the FTC. If your experiencing something similar with them I suggest you do to. They haven't even responded to me here to attempt to save face. Oh, and they have several other sites as well so watch for those as well.

Customer service is limited and in game errors cause lost winnings

Was playing Pink Joker on the website and at the end of the bonus game where it was to collect my winnings ($84 I believe) the game crashed. Contacted customer service and they said they would send the problem to their techs. I tried opening the game several times a week from different browsers, different devices and nothing. Worked fine in gold coins mode which seems funny. A month later, the game finally works but didn't open in the bonus game like it does on every other social casino so I contracted them again. He said he would "expedite" the process and two weeks later still nothing. That was June 28 and it is now August 9th. Seemed like a promising new Social Casino but due to this issue, I would no longer trust giving them any of my money.

Horrible, don't even test it out.

Horrible. The site it's self is like any other sweeps casinos so nothing different with that. It's no problem putting the money on, it's winning and trying to redeem. Yah get blocked for a measly 300$ win. Send verification and they say it's all computerized data so if it detects something it blocks yah and can't be reversed. I'm assuming this happens to a lot where they say you have multiple accounts. When I asked for proof of the multiple accounts I was returned with they cannot disclose..

Questionable…

On July 19 I signed up for their site, and completed KYC verification. I received an email saying I was verified. I made a few small deposits, and then I won and tried to redeem.

Three days later, July 22, I received an email saying my redemptions were denied and they wanted proof of payment (a picture of my card with some of the numbers blocked) and a bank statement. I sent those in the same day, and attempted to redeem again.

It’s been a week since my original request, and four days since I resubmitted my request, and there has not been any updates. I have sent three emails to customer service to get status, with no response.

I am starting to wonder if this site is a scam due to the lack of response, and that my redemption hasnt had a status change in four days. If my redemption goes through, I will update this review.

On 7/26 I received a response to my third email request. It is pasted below:

“Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, your request is under review by the financial department, and we are awaiting its processing.
Regrettably, I am unable to provide you with a specific timeframe for its completion; however, please be assured that we are making every effort to expedite the redemption process.

We sincerely apologize for this delay and kindly ask for your patience during this time.”

It has now been 10 DAYS since I submitted my original redemption request, I still dont have it, and I still dont have an estimated time frame. I have NEVER had a verification take more than a few days. How hard is it to verify a card number and bank statement match the account information?! This is ridiculous.

GummyPlay are blatant scammers and cheaters

I was in the middle of a BIG WIN on Playson’s 3 Magic Lamps when the game “froze”, kicked me out, and then wouldn’t let me back into the game.

Because it did NOT finish, my account was not credited. It’s now been a whole day and their support has not fixed the issue or paid me my winnings. This is HIGHLY suspicious that after I deposited 5+ times that day without winning and then I finally get a big win for the first time and it “freezes” before the bonus can finish, and then coincidentally the game doesn’t work or start back up where it left off when the page is refreshed. As anyone who plays knows, when this happens the game will just begin right where you left off after you refresh the page.

I will update when/if they fix the issue and even give them 5 stars if it is, as that will prove their legitimacy. If not then this is just a blatant scam. My biggest issue is that after a day it still hasn’t been fixed, and no update was provided. This kind of issue should receive the most urgent attention. If people are willing to lose money on your site and you’re willing to take their money, then you need to make certain they get paid when they win. It should not take this long to fix this kind of issue, and until it is fixed or I've been paid, I've just been screwed out of a big win.

I tried posting the screen recording of this all happening but TrustPilot won’t allow me.

***2nd Update**** This one takes the cake. These guys issued me a $275 credit (or so I THOUGHT). I played the $275 mixed in with my $250 and won $120. They emailed me today and said they were canceling my redemption and stealing the money back that was put in my account as it had been issued in error. That means I hit TWICE now, the ONLY two times, and BOTH times GunmyPlay has screwed me out of my bonus. Just blatant theft. Blatant stealing. Blatant cheating.

Still not sure

Its an okay site. Still pretty new. I recently won and here it is Tuesday and I still have not received any of my winnings and I was told that their redemption time is within 12 hours. On another site that I play on I won on the same day and I already received my winnings yesterday so I want to say my experience with this site so far is not very good I don't know if I would recommend it to anybody.

Not bad, not bad at all. They are 100% legit!

I would've made this review 5 stars if I had received my redemption a little quicker... However for anyone who's questioning if this site is legitimate or not, I'm here to tell you it absolutely is. I played on their site for the first time on 7/4/2025. I suppose Lady luck was with me that day because I struck bonus after bonus and did quite well. I reached $450 and decided maybe I should go ahead and redeem it before I lose it all (because we've all done that a time or two right?!) the first submission was declined because their security dept emailed me wanting photos of my cards I used to purchase coin packages but I could cover some numbers for my own safety. They also wanted a different proof of address that what I originally submitted. Once I sent that to them, I had to resubmit my redemption and I waited.. and waited.. then waited some more. I really started to get upset and as of yesterday started to wonder if this was just another platform that was going to scam me. Then today, 7/10/2025, I check my account and the money is there. I was shocked to be honest. Apparently they were behind and had a ton of redemptions to review and approve and according to their customer service, normally a redemption would take no more than about 12 hours! Their customer service was top notch and always available, and I do mean always! Their actually live people, not a bot, and talk to you with respect. Never once did I ever get an attitude or disrespect no matter how upset I was. They were always very thorough and even helpful .. as much as they could be at the time. I'd have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised you guys and I do recommend this site and for people to try them out. I play on a ton of sites and I get paranoid sometimes that I'm getting screwed. This site is not one of them for sure. Hope this helps.

Great customer service

I stumbled upon the site and gave it a shot. I had a run of luck and won 100 one day and 1200 the next day. When I originally put in a redemption request, they required a series of verification documents, which I sent right away. The next morning, I received an email saying my redemption was denied due to an issue with one of my documents. Within an hour, I was able to get it fixed with direction from customer service and received my first redemption request within 48 hours into my bank account and should receive the rest very soon. I was a little nervous about receiving my redemption after reading some of the reviews on this site, but customer service came through like they promised they would. I would highly recommend the site, just make sure all your documentation is in order so you don’t run into any problems with the verification process.

Yes went to verify my account the site…

Yes went to verify my account the site they use said successful then they denied it and said it was a blurry picture of my driver license and told me to use another device so I used a friends device to take the pictures and verify so I could redeem the $100 that I won and they then said I had multiple accounts because my friend plays on there site too, then blocked and banned both of us.

Arduous verification process.

I had a decent experience with this casino until I tried to withdraw my winnings. I got rejected twice.

While customer service was always polite when I inquired about why this was happening, they would mention they needed something more from me to verify my account.

Anyway, after days of constant back and forth, plus their "temporarily" blocking my account for whatever reason (they said it was part of the process), they finally accepted everything I had sent over to them.

Once that happened, the withdrawal process took a few days to reflect in my bank account. So, yes, I did receive my winnings.

I am on the fence about playing here again. In the future, I'll check back here to see how other people feel about their experiences with GummyPlay and decide where to go from there.

One more new casino that’s fraudulent

Like others have mentioned. This casino will not verify your identity when you attempt to make a withdrawl.

I sent them the requested documents. I reached out a week later after no communication. They informed me my documents were denied and that they needed something additional.

Over and over again. The customer service agents respond quickly but there oversea agents who barely speak English’s and aren’t able to help.

This casino is just like a lot of the other new ones. They accept your money to play but make it impossible to verify.

Beware, they don't allow but one account in household, no friends or family in house can make one

So I had an account with them for couple weeks and told my dad about them and he made an account today. After doing so, it blocked me from signing in and my dad couldn't sign in either. After waiting a day to hear back from customer service about why this was happening, they told me that I had multiple accounts and was banned from their site. I only had one account in my name and when my father made one, they said that counts as multiple accounts. Not bummed out since I didn't use any my own money on the site but very dumb rules. It even says on their terms apparently that using one device to sign into accounts isn't allowed. I'm sorry that we only own one house computer..... Don't usually leave reviews but when something as dumb as this happens, just have to warn others about this so they can either stay away or know not to have anyone if your household but yourself sign up. There's many more better sites new and old to be on anyways :)

Sitting there betting like usual and watching my winnings go up and down then I switched games thinking everything would be straight across the board since why wouldn't it be But after winning over $80 I go and talk to support and he informs me that it's only on those games the second one the one I won the most on that everything is actually in 100 times bet format so me thinking of us continuing on betting $0.10 SC I was betting .001 SC .
