Was one of the best, but things aren’t looking good at the moment

I’ve been a Day 1 player at Cashoomo since they opened and rated 5 stars originally. They were my favorite site. However, I have great concern lately. They’ve always limited your redemptions to $100-$200 per, but they used to redeem every 24-48 hours so it was manageable. It started getting worse and worse and now on top of being limited to $200, they’re only paying out once every 2 weeks if we’re lucky. They’ve been blaming it on a payment processor for months now. But what I don’t understand is why every other social casino can payout instantly or within 1-2 days. And if your payment processor is this bad, why would you not hire a different one? It’s 2025, payments can be made instantly. When companies start telling you about a queue being log jammed like the money factory does who haven’t paid their players in half a year now, this is usually a sign of insolvency so I would have to caution depositing until they’ve proven they can pay out in a reasonable timeframe. I’ve had $1000 stuck on the platform for a month now that I can’t get off. If what they’re telling us is the truth, and I was in charge over there, knowing that this is basically death to a business that relies on trust, I’d be on the phone with CoinFlo or whichever processor will get my players their money immediately. I’m even seeing on other websites people in the chats stating they won’t touch Cashoomo right now bc they’ve heard they aren’t paying. I hope this changes and I truly hope Cashoomo survives bc it is a top tier site and I have most definitely won money on their platform before and received many of redemptions. If I start receiving my money in a timely fashion again I will for sure update this to say 5 stars, because if they get their redemption situation sorted then they are definitely a 5 star social casino. But come on guys, computers today could process 1 million redemptions in a minute, and nearly every other site has it figured out.
