I’ve been waiting on a $605 redemption for 3 weeks and counting. They’re not paying out any of their players to the point where they’re now not allowing you to even speak to support about redemptions because they’re clearly receiving so many inquiries about not paying. Yet they’re gladly accepting everyone’s money!!! This place is a scam.

***Do NOT wait longer than 60 days for your redemption. If you do not receive your money within that time frame report your transaction as FRAUD. Which is exactly what it is. Make their scamming actions hit them in their pockets. They’ll also inquire fees for the chargebacks. Report them to BBB. Report them to Visa.


*** Their responses are ABSURD. Funny how they can respond on here but you can’t get in contact or a response from ANYONE about your redemption. Every single other legitimate casino can process redemptions instantly or days at longest, but somehow because of “backlogs” or “verification procedures” they aren’t able to pay out for 3 months and counting for some people LOL. Yeah right. I’m sure they’re so backed because people are just flocking to their site to keep giving them money even though they won’t receive any back when they win. This is ridiculous. I was told 24-73 hours, then 14 days, then 30 days, and now today is the 31st day. No payout, and can’t get a response from ANYONE. Total scammers. I’ll be glad to update if they actually pay me, but it doesn’t look like anyone is getting paid anything.
