Not a good experience with them, good site and games. redemption and verication was a nightmare. Had a redeem with them a month earlier but now they needed new pics and statements. And just made me jump hoop after hoop, to still get denied and called a fraud and liar. Still trying to redeem 3 wks later. And they take their time and don't let you know you were denied, you just have to keep checking. but never came even close to having an issue like this with any other streets casino and I've never been more frustrated in my life. the worst experience and they need to make it right

They promote a $5 birthday bonus and promote it as all you have to do is have your bday on your profile but that’s not true. When I clicked on “claim” it said I have to verify kyc which is fine but there is no option to do that so i contacted support and was told once I’m ready to redeem I’ll be allowed to verify. But you need at least a hundred dollars to redeem. So basically unless you’re ready to cash out AND it is your birthday, no birthday bonus for you. So why advertise like that if it’s pretty much impossible to get? I really don’t like having to wait to verify my account I want it to be verified so if I ever do win which is not often I’m already verified cuz no one wants to wait weeks to get their redemption. So yea idk I’m giving 3 stars tho because support pretty much immediately responded which is rare on these kinda sites. The facts they want you to wait to verify is sketchy to me cuz they most certainly have no problem taking your money but then when it comes to paying it’s all making you do the most ridiculous and sometimes impossible things. I’m not spending my money until i know I’m already verified. So guess i won’t be back here. But their daily bonus are about as boring and cheap as they come as well. Not cool js

Ok so of course everyone isn't going to have the same experience but what some people have to understand there are things in place that could be affecting your redemption process i recently had to clear my cache log out and close browser log back in and everything worked great if your on here complaining just because you didnt win well im about your luck but so far this is a good site im currently waiting on my redemption so if it comes in a timely manor ill update to 5 stars customer support was great and informative helped me through the whole process just remember karma and lady luck go hand in hand thats all for now and may luck be always in your favor

I’m not sure why the bad reviews, I’ve won money nearly every time I’ve played here and I’ve redeemed 4 going on 5 times now. They’ve offered some of the best bonuses out there right now as well up there with sites like WowVegas. I would definitely give them a shot

After I won the first time and they gave me my redemption of $100 I hit $300 after that and they said that I had a reverify because I had to do a kcy verification or something like that so I never got the money for that because I didn't have my original credit card because it got lost so just recently I tried to cash out $100 and they're saying that they finally got my stuff together to resubmit it but when it was denied they never put that $100 back onto my account and I kept messaging the messaging them and this one guy he's all like well maybe you just didn't pay attention and I told him I would know if the $100 was put back onto my account or not because I've been watching for it but you don't but you didn't notice it because you're probably gambling it so he won't do anything about it because it shows on my transactions that it was put back to my account but it wasn't be careful do not play the site

Scam website. If you win they will block your account. They won’t refund your card either. Complete scam trap. Do not use!!

The verification process was extremely confusing. It took a little going back and forth to figure it out with support via email; we eventually figured out that I couldn't verify my account because my phone number had not been entered in. After I was successfully verified, they paid out my redemption in about 24 hours.

This is a new casino being offered by the sweepium brand. They have terrible reputation for opening new casinos and closing them without paying redemptions.

Just this week they have announced gummy play, another site they operate. Is closing down.

Unfortunately they aren’t processing redemptions. They recently had another site juicypopslots close down unexpectedly without returning players money.

This company keeps failing and stealing players money and opening new casinos.

This site is 100% legit. I don't know what's up with these other peoples experiences but I had the best experience ever on this casino. I spent 100 got 250. Was a great deal omg. Customer service responded sooo fast when I though my profile didn't successfully verify but I just needed to refresh the page. I played on this casino for like 12 hours straight. Aztec fire was hitting so good allll night omg. Had two bonuses over 150 dollars one on gluttony and the on the new Brute force. Brute force is sooooo hard. Been trying forever to get a bonus on there and never could. On sweepium I got I think it was 3 or 4. Couldn't believe. I was thinking no way. Too good to be true. Was up over 600. Ended up cashing out 540. Oh yeah and was only betting 0.20 - 0.30sc the whole time. Been thinking 3 days this casino might be a scam because the bad review from the first guy scared me lmao. I got my money today though and cashed out on the 25th. Completely shocked but extremely happy. About to go buy another package right now. Would recommend this casino 10000000%.
