No follow up, no response from e mail or chat support. Even the VIP host has ignored me. Thier chat support reads all messages but doesnt reply. Awful service all around.

I like this site

I like this site, but they don't properly follow responsible gaming rules and regulations. In fact when you request a break they will often entice you with extra coins to continue playing. This is against consumer rights and a violation of the responsible gaming act.

Still no reply for management. They can reply here but seemingly can't reply to a simple email. They have stolen money from my account and closed it. That is fraud. They will be reported.

Big let down

Big let down. 3-5 days just to verified is the worst in the gaming industy. Top sites verifiy you before you can even deposit. This site however lets you play, win, and then expects you to wait a week to redeem? Awful service all around.

Was told Emily Bloom would e mail me a full resolution by Monday. She didnt, and now the chat support is saying no managers will be around for awhile. The site doesnt follow responsible gaming, the managers are rude and agressive and blame the customer. E mail support doesnt reply. Stay away from the site.

I was told "We take responsible gaming…

I was told "We take responsible gaming and fair treatment seriously and do not blame customers for technical issues", per reply, but in reality -
On 10/1/2025 I was told by "John", manager, that I was "milking the issue", and then from "Emily Bloom", manager, that my situation "shows a pattern in which players can abuse our system and platform"

Again, to blame a customer and consumer for the websites internal issues is uncalled for. I really hope they learn that being kind, possitive, and proactive is always important.
