Its a good site, but the customer service response time is very slow. I wish they had chat option.

Awful road customer service

Awful customer service. Two games in bonus rounds froze and kicked me out and then I couldn't log back in. When trying to reach out to customer support they ask very specific details that I don't have anymore like round IDs. Who's going to save that information? It's their platform they should know what's going on.

Some of the worst customer service in the industry. The staff will give you the same generic written answers every time. They will not hear your individual case and they will never do what's right. Stay far away from the site.
