I was told "We take responsible gaming and fair treatment seriously and do not blame customers for technical issues", per reply, but in reality -
On 10/1/2025 I was told by "John", manager, that I was "milking the issue", and then from "Emily Bloom", manager, that my situation "shows a pattern in which players can abuse our system and platform"
Again, to blame a customer and consumer for the websites internal issues is uncalled for. I really hope they learn that being kind, possitive, and proactive is always important.
