Probably the worst overall customer…

Probably the worst overall customer service out of any gaming side I've ever used. I submitted multiple tickets and requests for assistance and they simply closed down the request and ignore all questions. Stay far away from the site.

Probably the slowest response time of any online platform I've ever used. You submit a request and it sits there for days unanswered. They really need to figure that out. Positive Customer service is such a big deal for sites like this.

This site by far has the worst customer…

This site by far has the worst customer service out of any platform I've ever used. I've created multiple tickets I've contacted them many times and don't hear anything. Now I'm going to file complaints through third-party options. I'm so disappointed with the service and lack of service that they provided for what's supposed to be a reputable website

Poor customer support brings this site…

Poor customer support brings this site down. I had 2 errors on games during bonus spins. Site wasnt running well. Was told Id get an updated e mail by the next day. No communication at all.

Still awaiting any form of…

Still awaiting any form of communication from merchant. I've had an issue with the website for a few months now and they pretend like they don't have my email when it's clearly listed. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll get much help from them. I wish they would actually respond to customers concerns.
