Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, drivers always liaring, claiming they have left your undelivered packages somewhere safe ! What a joke……

Terrible service!!!

The service in which these guys run is very unprofessional, I was met at the airport for my flight departure which went very well but upon returning I was left waiting at Terminal 3 for over 2 hours in the cold.

The controller explained that my car has a puncture and they will be sending someone to pick me up soon. Upon arrival at the carpark my car had been moved with the flat tyre and was left in the middle of the carpark with an electric car pump attached to it. I was left in the pouring rain to organise the AA and pay for the tyre to be changed, and this was not how I gave them my car!

The controller on the day promised to pay for the new tyre as they admitted that it was entirely their fault but up until now, all I have received is abuse every time I ring the office number and people constantly hanging the phone up on me.

I will never use these guys again and I will warn you guys not to use their services 0 out 0!

No Integrity or Company Ethics

I bought my perfect car, the XC40 in December 2022 and I was extremely happy. But in June 2023 I started to hear some very strange noises every time I went over a bump or I was on a rough road, as an SUV the car should be able to handle the surface. I took it back to my the Volvo dealership where I purchased it from and after 6 attempts they finally found the fault in March of this year. Upon finding the fault the garage called VOLVO UK to discuss the problem in more detail and were informed that it is a problem that they are aware of and that all XC40 have the same problem with their engine mounts. I was shocked that they didn't activate a recall on all XC40 as this holds the engine in place and then when I thought that things couldn't get any worst I was told that they were going to begin manufacturing the new engine mounts for the XC40's at the end of July 2024 but this part would only be available for new XC40 and my car would be fixed sometime in 2025! I have tried to be accommodating to the situation for over a year now and I have finally decided to end my relationship with VOLVO after VCFS and VOLVO UK have washed their hands of the situation leaving me with a motor vehicle which is not fit for purpose. What I thought would have been a fantastic experience to own my dream car has turned out to be an absolute nightmare, stressful and very time consuming especially when VOLVO knew all the while that this is a common fault with new XC40! Shame on you...................

I sent a package to a location in…

I sent a package to a location in europe with the correct address attached and it was returned to me 60 days later. I paid for a service to arrive at a location in europe and it never arrived but now 6 months later I am being bombarded with threatening emails requesting a further payment for returning to me an undelivered package. I have been trying to contact someone at their office for well over a month and every email bounces back, this service is not good at all and I will never use them again unless they remedy this situation.

I ordered a set of mats from Mrcarmats…

I ordered a set of mats from Mrcarmats and upon receiving them I was not impressed. The quality was terrible, the materials they used were of a poor standard and the customer was just as good. Don’t waste your money!
