I sent a package to a location in…

I sent a package to a location in europe with the correct address attached and it was returned to me 60 days later. I paid for a service to arrive at a location in europe and it never arrived but now 6 months later I am being bombarded with threatening emails requesting a further payment for returning to me an undelivered package. I have been trying to contact someone at their office for well over a month and every email bounces back, this service is not good at all and I will never use them again unless they remedy this situation.
