Great product. Great communication (they rang to check my post code was correct). I thought my compostable bags were really good value and seem to be of a better quality that those I have used before.

I am delighted with my folding bath panels. They look great and seem, so far anyway, pretty sturdy. The person who fitted them for me did add some silicone under the first panel for extra security but I think that this was just as a precaution.

Have purchased several cleaning items since discovering this website. In the main they have been very useful and a couple of them I wouldn't now be without. Saying that I did have to return a hair catcher for my shower that did not fit and had to pay for the postal costs to return it. The company did then respond very quickly and offered me a voucher or a refund for the cost of the item (but not for the postage).

The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything really clearly.

I really like the lay out of the Living DNA website . It is easy to navigate even for a technophobe such as myself! I also think the regular updates and the new information regarding the possible origins of my ancestors fascinating. I have used several DNA sites and this one is by far my favourite. I am hoping, with new technology, that there will be plenty more to find out in the future and am confident that Living DNA will be able to help with this.

I nearly made my purchase with another company due to an issue with the sales team who, following my initial enquiry, had arranged to call me back later that day to complete my order but did not do so. I had to chase this up myself which was frustrating but after speaking to Kate Madelin, the Sales Account Manager, I decided to stick with UK Flooring Direct due to her great customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the product. I am really pleased with the result, the floor looks great, so am delighted that she managed to talk me round!

Plenty of choice in type, style and colours etc. I did have one issue with placing the order. I was promised a call back to help me complete my order which was not forthcoming. In the end I had to chase this up myself. Other than this everything went well. Order was delivered within three working days, on time, and as arranged. I also received a call from the delivery driver 45 minutes before delivery, to check I was in, and to let me know that my items would be with me shortly. I found this useful.

A wide variety of colours, fittings etc. Free samples arrived within 24 hours. Did have a little problem placing order as did not get arranged call back and ended up having to contact them myself. Other than that a great experience.

I love these linen blend sheets and have recently made a second purchase in the sage, (my first was the cornflower blue). The colours are gorgeous and the texture has a lovely, natural feel to it that feels cosy and luxurious. I really feel that they help me sleep.
