Agents that I have dealt with have all been very professional and knowledgeable about their product. When applicable they have always contacted me, on time, at pre-arranged times. Have never felt pressured to make a purchase.

Really great website, and easy to traverse. I like the fact that it is based in the UK. I think it provides one of the most extensive DNA analysis. The only downside for me is that I would prefer my questions to be answered over the telephone, rather than all the to-ing and fro-ing via email.
