Have purchased several cleaning items since discovering this website. In the main they have been very useful and a couple of them I wouldn't now be without. Saying that I did have to return a hair catcher for my shower that did not fit and had to pay for the postal costs to return it. The company did then respond very quickly and offered me a voucher or a refund for the cost of the item (but not for the postage).
