So many unique and reasonably priced gifts. Easy to order, kept up to date with progress of order and delivered when they said they would. Lovely presentation and looked more expensive than it was. Great!

I went into the Argos store in Aylesbury yesterday to purchase a mobile phone. Such helpful staff! I had a problem locating my order on the screen when I went to pay. An assistant immediately came to help and sorted it out for me very quickly. When I went to collect the item I remembered I wanted to get a case as well. I said to the assistant I would be back once I have ordered something else I wanted and she called it up on her mobile device so I could do it there. So helpful! Well done Argos!

I have used the Gateway online service a few times now and find it really easy to use. Yes it took a while to set it up but security in these matters is of paramount importance so I understand why it takes a bit of time. Each time since I registered I have found it very easy to use. Pleasant surprise to find I was due a tax refund, entered the details of the account I wanted it paid into - paid 2 days later. Lots of information regarding my tax, national insurance and pension - all of which is easy to understand and the website is easy to navigate. Personally I have found it a really good service and had no problems at all!

Easy to contact Aegon by telephone and query answered/resolved with efficiency. I attempted to raise my query by email as suggested on my online account, however the email could not be submitted as Aegon's inbox was full. This has happened before. Frustrating. But the advisor I spoke to on the telephone was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful!

I left Scottish Power after the most appalling customer service. I switched over to Edf. Scottish Power then attempted an unauthorised switchover back to them. I spent a vast amount of time attempting to sort it out and had to raise a complaint - twice. Eventually I received an email with their apologies and 'assured' me my account was closed and no further action was necessary. I have just had an email welcoming me to SP and they have attempted ANOTHER unauthorised switchover! I am back to square one. The last time I left a review, they replied very quickly telling me who to email and they said they would contact me within an hour - I am still waiting, that was 3 weeks ago. Completely useless!

I have banked with Lloyds for many years and I have never had any major issues. The one time I was having problems online (my name was wrong) they dealt with it very quickly and looked into why it happened (technical issue). Other than that my experience with Lloyds has always been positive. I like their products. I have a current account, a savings account and a credit card with Lloyds and am very happy with all of them. I generally bank online but when I have been into a branch I have always found the staff helpful and knowledgeable!

Good experience with every online shop. Delivery always on time and delivery staff always polite and helpful. Slots not always available but that is to be expected during the pandemic. If you keep checking, often a slot will appear (possibly due to cancellations)

I moved home almost a year ago and up to that point I had no experience with Anglian Water. I am impressed! Completely hassle free. Easy to set up an account, no problems with bills, informative and clear communication. When the water had to be turned off due to maintenance repairs I was told well in advance and given regular updates. Really great customer service!

I am in the process of switching from another supplier due to awful customer service. So far EDF have been superb. Very smooth switching process, informative and transparent. So far so good and I am impressed with their service!

I have to say Hermes have improved massively of late. Previously one star was too many and there were endless reasons to complain. However I have been impressed with the improvement in recent weeks. I ordered online over a weekend and my key arrived via courier early Monday morning! I had an email giving me the option for delivery to a safe place if I was going to be out.
