Very good service in store!

Great experience in Bensons for Beds in Aylesbury. The guy who approached us to see if we needed help wasn't at all pushy. He was knowledgeable, helpful and didn't rush us to make a decision. Lots of choices, good sale options, prompt delivery with choice of morning or afternoon on chosen day. Very good service!

Very impressive service!

I used Glasses Direct for the first time and am very impressed. My lenses were quite complex - varifocals, thin and transitions. GD just asked for verification of my prescription (I sent a photo) and my order was made up promptly. From order to receipt of my glasses (2 pairs) was around 10 days. I took advantage of the discounted 2nd pair. I chose Dallas Scout blue frames and Bevis blue frames. Absolutely delighted with them. Good quality, great value and fit perfectly. I highly recommend Glasses Direct!

Impossible to place an order!

Ordered a machine for my daughter. No problems whatsoever. Account was set up in her name. Attempted to order another for myself and set my own account up. IMPOSSIBLE to get past checkout. Called customer service and was told they had technical issues so I gave up. 5 months later I tried again when another good offer came up. Same problem so called customer service. Told exactly the same as previously - they have technical issues. The 'account' which I haven't actually set up is 'frozen' due to log in details not 'matching credentials' - what account!? So frustrating. So guess what? I won't bother - I will buy elsewhere!

Even the not so tech savvy can create a chatterbox product. So easy! Lovely visuals to show your creation and lots of options to choose from. I have given 2 framed prints and 1 canvas as gifts and the recipients all loved them! Very good prices and well made products!

After 7 months of waiting

After 7 months of waiting, my licence with my amended personal details and updated photo has finally been issued. Very difficult to get through to DVLA on the telephone (impossible on Web chat) but when I did the advisor was very helpful. To be fair, my application took longer because there was a medical enquiry. It took 3 months for them to contact my Doctor and then almost 4 months to review the information my Doctor sent back. A long wait but got there in the end. 7 months seems a bit extreme! As I say, helpful advisor though

Track and Trace often not updated

I have used the 'track & trace signed for' service many times and I would say 50% of those times the item has not updated on the Royal Mail Track and Trace service. Thankfully the items have all arrived (first class often takes about 3 days rather than the next day) but have not been scanned onto the system. Very frustrating as the whole point is I want to know the mail has got to it's destination!

Absolutely useless, completely useless…

We are insured with RAC who use Enterprise Accident Management. Absolutely useless. No communication, when I finally got through to somebody (48 minutes on hold in a 'queue') who was extremely rude and offered no apology for not contacting me or for the long wait) I was told to call the repair centre they 'had instructed' myself. When I called them they had no knowledge of the claim and said they were no longer taking work from Enterprise and Enterprise knew that! Back into another long queue, this time 1 hour 55 minutes - yes you heard right, this time I was told somebody would be in touch but it takes 'at least 48 hours'. The RAC told me it would be within 2 working hours. A courtesy car is supposed to be of a 'similar nature to the insured car' which in this case is a Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor automatic. The best they could offer was a manual Ford Focus. In the end I called IMSolutions who are the engineers overseeing the claim, direct. They were amazingly helpful and within 2 hours a local repair centre was instructed and have arranged to collect the car. Enterprise do not deserve even one star. Utterly useless!

I have used Clearscore for a long while now. I needed to amend some personal details. I contacted the customer service team, they responded the next day (a Saturday) and answered my query. They advised me on the easiest way to make the necessary changes which I was able to do in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Great service - thank you EE!

I have been with EE for many years and went over to a SIM only contract 3 or 4 years ago. Kept it rolling but a great deal just came up as an upgrade option - an extra 7GB of data for an additional £1 a month. I put in for the upgrade through my EE app - completed in about 2 minutes and additional data added immediately. Really simple, clear explanation, no catches, great deal and very efficient service. Thank you EE, every reason to remain a loyal customer!
