Absolutely useless, completely useless…
We are insured with RAC who use Enterprise Accident Management. Absolutely useless. No communication, when I finally got through to somebody (48 minutes on hold in a 'queue') who was extremely rude and offered no apology for not contacting me or for the long wait) I was told to call the repair centre they 'had instructed' myself. When I called them they had no knowledge of the claim and said they were no longer taking work from Enterprise and Enterprise knew that! Back into another long queue, this time 1 hour 55 minutes - yes you heard right, this time I was told somebody would be in touch but it takes 'at least 48 hours'. The RAC told me it would be within 2 working hours. A courtesy car is supposed to be of a 'similar nature to the insured car' which in this case is a Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor automatic. The best they could offer was a manual Ford Focus. In the end I called IMSolutions who are the engineers overseeing the claim, direct. They were amazingly helpful and within 2 hours a local repair centre was instructed and have arranged to collect the car. Enterprise do not deserve even one star. Utterly useless!
