My fish were very carefully 'packaged' and I was happy to see such attention to the welfare of the fish, that really mattered to me. They were excellent quality, in obvious good health and exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend!

I had purchased from Unbeatable Blinds 3 years ago and wanted the same product again. I wasn't entirely sure of the product name so called them. I gave my details and everything was on their system so within a few minutes we had identified the blind I wanted (faux wood slatted) and I had placed my order. Superb service! Good communcation re order status with regular updates and blind arrived a few days earlier than originally anticipated. Well packaged and excellent quality. There was a promotion on at the time of ordering so I got a good deal! Very happy!

A customer service agent, Ayabonga, was SO helpful and very efficiently sorted an issue I had out for me. I had inadvertently asked for a digital voucher but actually wanted a voucher posted. He communicated with me throughout the process and it was resolved very quickly! Very impressed!

Several problems from start to finish. Discount from hotel (stayed in York) would not work on mobile site or app. Found out AFTERWARDS this can only be applied on the desktop, so I didn't get the discount. On arrival I had to queue for 30 minutes and the camera did not recognise my reg number so a ticket was issued. Having been told I had an allocated space, it wasn't clear this was ANY space so I had to call Just Park. Sat in telephone queue to then be told nobody could take my call. During the stay I took my car out and was told I had to pay. Thankfully the car park staff were able to help. The same thing happened each time I left. I will definitely not be using Just Park again! A complete state of confusion throughout!

I have used Glasses Direct several times now and I don't think I would go anywhere else. I have varifocals and I like a transition lens so I don't have to have additional sunglasses. There are lots of frames to choose from, several lens finishes to choose from and whilst there are additional costs depending on the option you choose, they are, in my opinion, still excellent value. The customer service is excellent and delivery is very prompt. There are constant updates in terms of what the order status is. There are also really good offers - get a second pair free (depending on how much your chosen frames cost) or money off the total cost. There are some much cheaper end frames if you are on a tight budget, and again there are lots of options to choose from. I highly recommend Glasses Direct!

I have always received a first class service from Glasses Direct. Superb customer service team - very efficient and helpful. Great value glasses and lots of options to choose from. Always good offers on in terms of choosing a second pair or a discount offer. I have 3 pairs of glasses from Glasses Direct and another pair on order!! With my latest order, I realised I hadn't updated my address - I called (they were open at 7am) and it was dealt with immediately - no telephone queue. I then received an email confirmation. Excellent service!

The EE app is absolutely useless. It repeatedly won't open and when it does it is ridiculously slow. So many of us have reported, complained and reviewed about it. All they say is 'uninstall and reinstall' firstly why should that be necessary and secondly it makes no difference. Trying to get hold of an actual person to talk to is impossible - how poor is that for a communications company!! On a daily basis I receive a text to say 'a problem in your area' then 'problem fixed' - I am switching to another provider! Enough is enough

I always receive a good service. I have an annual check up and bi annual hygenist appointments. The staff are approachable and reassuring. No unnecessary treatments. Variety of payment plan options. Highly recommend this dental practice. I have only ever had a positive experience here!

I have previously had nothing but a good experience with Edf. Received an email a few days ago to say the account management system has been upgraded 'to make account management easier' - I have not been able to log in since!! I keep getting a 'network error' message. I used the messaging system to ask for help - 24 hours later they sent me a password reset link. Reset the password but still can't get logged in. I am back to square one - have had to message and email again and now have to wait for a reply to most likely go through the whole process again. So frustrating when the old system with my old account number worked perfectly. I am so frustrated with the whole thing I am considering changing suppliers.
