I left Scottish Power after the most…

I left Scottish Power after the most appalling customer service. I switched over to Edf. Scottish Power then attempted an unauthorised switchover back to them. I spent a vast amount of time attempting to sort it out and had to raise a complaint - twice. Eventually I received an email with their apologies and 'assured' me my account was closed and no further action was necessary. I have just had an email welcoming me to SP and they have attempted ANOTHER unauthorised switchover! I am back to square one. The last time I left a review, they replied very quickly telling me who to email and they said they would contact me within an hour - I am still waiting, that was 3 weeks ago. Completely useless!
