I have banked with Lloyds for many years and I have never had any major issues. The one time I was having problems online (my name was wrong) they dealt with it very quickly and looked into why it happened (technical issue). Other than that my experience with Lloyds has always been positive. I like their products. I have a current account, a savings account and a credit card with Lloyds and am very happy with all of them. I generally bank online but when I have been into a branch I have always found the staff helpful and knowledgeable!
