I moved home almost a year ago and up to that point I had no experience with Anglian Water. I am impressed! Completely hassle free. Easy to set up an account, no problems with bills, informative and clear communication. When the water had to be turned off due to maintenance repairs I was told well in advance and given regular updates. Really great customer service!
