Track and Trace often not updated
I have used the 'track & trace signed for' service many times and I would say 50% of those times the item has not updated on the Royal Mail Track and Trace service. Thankfully the items have all arrived (first class often takes about 3 days rather than the next day) but have not been scanned onto the system. Very frustrating as the whole point is I want to know the mail has got to it's destination!
