This is a lovely cottage. In warm weather the outside areas are wonderful, with views over Swaledale and the surrounding hills. In cooler weather the multi fuel stove in the sitting room makes the house feel very cosy. The bedrooms have fabulous views, blinds and curtains, plenty of storage, and comfortable beds, and the bathroom has a really good walk in shower. The kitchen is small but well equipped and also has french windows that open onto the garden. I can thoroughly recommend this as a lovely base if you want to explore Swaledale.

Very good service from Colin at Footworks. I took my new Lems Boulder Summit boots for their first long walk last weekend. Straight from the box they are so comfortable that I could just walk without thinking about my feet. I'm so glad i have these and I'm seriously considering buying a pair of Chelsea boots for next winter. Thoroughly converted to LEMS and Footworks.

I would have given zero stars if that had been an option . . . My parcel was sent from China and the seller there uses Yodel in the UK. The parcel arrived with Yodel on April 6th and I hoped the parcel might arrive before I went on holiday. I went on holiday on April 14th and, of course, that's the day delivery was attempted. I went straight onto the Yodel app and changed delivery to April 26th onwards. Today, April 26th, I checked the app and it turns out my parcel was returned to the sender yesterday, April 25th. I've now wasted most of my afternoon contacting the seller in China, in Yodel's useless online chat (apparently there is no reason given for my parcel having been returned to the sender), and in writing an email to Yodel. No idea what happens next but I am not happy.

I have recently bought my first pair of LEMS Primal 3 shoes. I'd been looking for foot shaped shoes with a slightly more cushioned sole, as opposed to the very thin soled barefoot shoes I have, and these are perfect. I have happy feet and, on the strength of this experience have just invested in a pair of LEMS Boulder Summit boots. I'm also eyeing up the Chelsea Boots . . . This has been a good buying experience: easy to use website with excellent sizing advice and measurements, useful communication, prompt delivery and an easy return process. Thank you Footworks!

I tried to book a face to face Driver aware course online. Initially the search came up with three centres fairly close to where I live but, when I got to the final phase of booking I was only offered a face to face course 160 miles away. I booked an online course instead but then, being a Mac user, had massive problems with Microsoft teams. Eventually I phoned the Customer care centre, spoke to a lovely, friendly and helpful woman who has rebooked me onto a face to face course very close to where I live. Phew! I'd really recommend phoning to book rather than trying to do it online.

My friend loved her biscuits and also that they fitted through her letterbox.

I ordered two masks for work on December 9th. I got an email on December 14th telling me the order has been dispatched shipped via DHL. No sign of parcel so far and the tracking number is invalid so I can't see what is happening. I've just spent 30 mins trying to find a UK contact number but seems there is no way to speak to anyone to find out what is happening. I have emailed customer services but, having now read reviews here, I'm not hopeful. Did speak to someone in one of the central London branches on the phone but they had no customer services number to give me and were actually quite rude to me.

Thank you for the very fast delivery of my item which arrived neatly packed. Unfortunately the item didn't fit as expected and I had to return it. The returns process was easy and I received a very prompt repayment.
