Very helpful and efficient Customer Care Centre
I tried to book a face to face Driver aware course online. Initially the search came up with three centres fairly close to where I live but, when I got to the final phase of booking I was only offered a face to face course 160 miles away. I booked an online course instead but then, being a Mac user, had massive problems with Microsoft teams. Eventually I phoned the Customer care centre, spoke to a lovely, friendly and helpful woman who has rebooked me onto a face to face course very close to where I live. Phew! I'd really recommend phoning to book rather than trying to do it online.
