I ordered two masks for work on…

I ordered two masks for work on December 9th. I got an email on December 14th telling me the order has been dispatched shipped via DHL. No sign of parcel so far and the tracking number is invalid so I can't see what is happening. I've just spent 30 mins trying to find a UK contact number but seems there is no way to speak to anyone to find out what is happening. I have emailed customer services but, having now read reviews here, I'm not hopeful. Did speak to someone in one of the central London branches on the phone but they had no customer services number to give me and were actually quite rude to me.
