Zero stars should be an option

I would have given zero stars if that had been an option . . . My parcel was sent from China and the seller there uses Yodel in the UK. The parcel arrived with Yodel on April 6th and I hoped the parcel might arrive before I went on holiday. I went on holiday on April 14th and, of course, that's the day delivery was attempted. I went straight onto the Yodel app and changed delivery to April 26th onwards. Today, April 26th, I checked the app and it turns out my parcel was returned to the sender yesterday, April 25th. I've now wasted most of my afternoon contacting the seller in China, in Yodel's useless online chat (apparently there is no reason given for my parcel having been returned to the sender), and in writing an email to Yodel. No idea what happens next but I am not happy.
