OK until you need customer service.

I bought my Dacia Sandero three years ago and have done just over 30,000 miles. The car itself has been reliable with no serious problems.

The issue is with the service plan. I paid for 3 annual services up front, but when it came to the third one, Dacia refused to honour the agreement because I’d gone slightly over 30,000 miles — even though I’m still under 3 years. That feels very unfair and misleading.

I tried contacting Dacia customer services and was left on hold for 3 hours 30 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. I then tried Renault, but still no answer. If you ever need customer service, you’re screwed.

The car is fine, but the service plan and customer support have been a huge let-down. Avoid.

I messed up my online order (no fault of Shuperb. I must say that the customer support lady was extremely patient and took all the time needed to help me and sort things out. Not seem the shoes but the customer support was impeccable.

Impossible to unsubscribe.

The journalism is ok…but if want want to unsubscribe the only way of doing it is to send an email which they quietly ignore.

This is disgusting behaviour, but no doubt profitable.

So far no problems

So far no problems.
Easy enough to use their website, and no issues when booking ticket; it said ticket could take up to 48 hours, but took ten minutes.
I check with the airline and it all checks out - reservation made.

NEVER buy anything from Huawei

NEVER buy anything from Huawei. I had a phone that had problems after a couple of months. I sent it back to them and they then lost in their warehouse or maintenance or wherever. They then just refused to answer any letters and when you call them they keep you hanging on forever, (I mean 45 mins at a time) say they are going to do something but NEVER do. In the end they only replaced the phone after 15 months after I started action to take them to court. Only once they got the first court documents did they immediately send me a new phone, by which time it was worth much less than I had paid. Never again. Huawei No!

Much much better than their reputation…

I appreciate the majority of reviews are terrible.
However we flew from London to Kuwait and on to Manila.
Had a couple of issues pre flight. Whatsapped them and they responded each time in 15 minutes or so.
The aircraft themselves were 777s and pretty new. The space both width and legroom better than any other in economy. Film selection for English speakers not that great. The food was truly excellent.
They don’t serve alcohol or bacon sandwiches. But airlines are transport systems, not bars. Does anyone really need a drink that badly on a flight?
Service from staff was excellent.

My experience- much better than their reputation and certain as good as Qatar or Emirates.

I flew with trepidation…

I am aware that many experience problems with this airline and I used them with some trepidation. I bought the tickets because they were just so cheap.

However on our flight everything was perfect. Denpasar to Saigon left on time, arrived on time, and no lost luggage. Staff correct. No idea about the food as we didn’t eat.

Maintaining aircraft engines is hard

Maintaining aircraft is hard.
Writing a telephone app and testing it, so that a passenger can enter the destination is easy.

If a company can’t be bothered to do the latter, knowing all customers will see it, why should we believe they do the latter, when they know we won’t?
This is a symptom of a company in which the managers don’t bother to check the details. I will avoid flying with them….well, I cannot because their own app doesn’t work.

These are basically dishonest scammers…

These are basically dishonest scammers passing themselves off as decent people. First I wasn't driving the car. Second the person who was driving the car says thry had to park slightly out of the box because another car wasn't properly parked and there were no other spaces.
I told them I wasn't driving the car in writing and ignored it saying that unless I have proof of delivery it didn't happen.

Avoid

My went with my elderly aunt after a service and was told it needed 4 new tyres due to cracking. *I* took it for her to a garage which only deals with tyres and every interest in selling tyres, and they said there's nothing wrong with the tyres. Avoid.

Be patient, they'll come through.

Firstly they seem to be a very small company with too many orders.

They took 3 weeks and 3 days to deliver, which is longer than I'd have liked, but they came through in the end. Product (compost bin) of seeming good quality.

14 different bills…1hr plus phone wait

They have given me 14 different bills for the same period of 6 months.
Finally when I left they gave me a £30 bill which bears no relation to reality.
Try calling them average wait times 1.5 hours.
Online chat - you'll find yourself in position 550.
Email - they don't reply.

On the good side, their gas an electricity seem to burn as well as any other company's.


Don't use them.

Very poorly designed.

Very poorly designed.
They haven't even got the basics right. The programmers behind this are maybe school kids?
Not at all intuitive. Would have been acceptable 20 years ago perhaps.

Edit: Then they have the cheek to reply that they take feedback into account. Half their reviews tell them they have a problem. Do they never use other software? Don't be so tight, get yourself a couple of decent programmers.
I guess they won't until they have a competitor.
