Such a great product

Such a great product, the gazebo pro 40 6by3m was so easy to assemble just as the staff described at the point of sale. Will be definitely be buying another one in the near future for my business.

Worst customer services I ever…

Worst customer services I ever experienced. Bought a Tefal oleoclean fryer, only had it for less than six months and it’s already falling apart. The solder clip fallen off inside the fryer to clip the basket, oil tray got stuck, dial would not move, oil tray was stuck. Was told to use a screwdriver to release by a manager at customer services. The probe setting the temperature reduces temperature itself without adjusting. Sent product off over three weeks ago still not repaired and still waiting parts, was told 10 working days originally and now 25 working days, additional 15 days as parts are coming from France. Asked many times to speak to a manager called Ima, she doesn’t call back, tried to get hold of her just before 6pm I was told she finished for the day and she call me tomorrow. No call. Disgusting customer services, should have looked at trustpilot before purchase, 1.3 and present should be 0. I will never buy Tefal product ever again.

Ordered some gardens tables a week ago

Ordered some gardens tables a week ago. Was advised it will be delivered today. I tried to track the order with my order number and was unable to. I call customer services this morning and asked when my delivery is arriving, he told me the supplier has not dispatched the order. Basically the supplier use Robert Dyas platform and sells product but Robert Dyas does not stock the item, just take commission of sale, basically a third party is advertising on Robert Dyas. Agent tried to speak to supplier and no response, just called again and I was told they had a transmission problem and it will be delivered when it delivered. Customer services is a joke, don’t even have the decency of letting you know they have a problem with delivery, call centre in South Africa, they are clueless

Worst customer service

Ordered an Alexander Rose Portofino metal round garden table on 17 May 2025 and still waiting for delivery. When placing the order they stated 3-5 days for delivery for
small-medium items and for large furniture
7-10 days, way past that now. Spoke to customer services on several occasions, firstly they blame the supplier has not delivered, such a blameless company. I rang on Tuesday 3 June 2025 and they promised it will be with me on Friday 6 June 2025, guess what no delivery. Again, I chased this morning and I was told it should go out today, I have confidence in this company, just been given the run around. They blame the supplier and not themselves, very poor customer services, you have to call them because they never call/email you about your delivery status delays. They are very quick and eager to say do you want to cancel your order, such a great way to run a business. All they have to do is just be honest from the onset, if you don’t have it stock just say out of stock, delivery expected soon, possible delays in delivering or something on those lines. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told to put it in writing, I have already been back and fourth on that’s and nothing happens, I again demanded to speak to a manager and said if I don’t get a call back by 11am this morning I will write a Trustpilot review, so here it is. I was told by the lady I spoke this morning I was threatening, I will never buy from this company again.

Manager put the phone down on me

Manager put the phone down on me….

I was speaking to Emily apparently she a Customer Care Manager at Playojo and she put the phone down on me. I will be requesting this call to listened into by her superior as she was RUDE and terminated the call. Still waiting for pending withdrawal to be checked, it’s been 7 days plus as of now, absolutely disgusting behaviour and thats from their management team. Please note this is internal delay and nothing to do with banking system, when you request a withdrawal it goes into pending, this means approval is required from Ojo gaming partners, that’s what I been told, this should take 2-3 hours according to management, I been waiting 200 plus hours and still waiting. Another manager said it’s to do with bonus checks and to make sure it hasn’t been misused, I said I never taken any bonuses, they are full of excuses. Will report this to the governing body as speaking to Ojo is like speaking to a brick wall.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal
Worst customer service I have experienced. They NEVER pick up the phone (0203 150 0943 or 0208 089 9283) and never call you back when you request option 1. The BOT chat is a joke, you go round and round in circles, then you leave a message and you hope someone answers. Most agents don’t read your message just send you pre-scripted responses and closes off your chat. Sometimes it takes days for them to respond. Still waiting for my withdrawal request, they say it takes a few hours for the payment team to process, NOT, few hours definition means up to a hand full of hours, 100+ hours later payment team still haven’t reviewed my withdrawal request, still in pending status, meaning payment team has not reviewed. Customer support apologies and say it out of there control and it the payment team responsibility to process, even though they are the same company. They have all my documentation as requested so thats not the hold up. They don’t allow you to do more than one withdrawal at a time like their competitors, they just want you to gamble in frustration. Next step reporting this to the governing body.

Customer service is poor

Customer service is poor, they take too long to get back to you, up to 4 days in my case. You speak to a BOT at most times and then you ask to speak to a real person, they answer you when they feel even though the BOT says someone will be with you shortly or up to 6 hours to respond.

No verification required when you open your account, you can deposit with no verification, second deposit you need to verify your card details, when it comes to withdrawal request you need to verify your self i.e passport, they say 12-48 hours for verification but it took 4 days for the card to be verified which had to be escalate to be processed, gods know how long it will take to withdraw my funds. They put customers in a frustrated situation and make them gamble more. This site is not gamble safe!!!

I ordered Pakka Kids Waterproof Poncho…

I ordered Pakka Kids Waterproof Poncho Navy, Large for my son on Saturday 8 May 2021, was told by the automated service it was dispatched on Tuesday 11 May 2021 and sent to Hermès. Hermès tracking shows not received, I called up Mountain Warehouse who confirmed it out of stock and they will refund me today, disappointed with the customer services and will never use them again.
