Worst customer service

Ordered an Alexander Rose Portofino metal round garden table on 17 May 2025 and still waiting for delivery. When placing the order they stated 3-5 days for delivery for
small-medium items and for large furniture
7-10 days, way past that now. Spoke to customer services on several occasions, firstly they blame the supplier has not delivered, such a blameless company. I rang on Tuesday 3 June 2025 and they promised it will be with me on Friday 6 June 2025, guess what no delivery. Again, I chased this morning and I was told it should go out today, I have confidence in this company, just been given the run around. They blame the supplier and not themselves, very poor customer services, you have to call them because they never call/email you about your delivery status delays. They are very quick and eager to say do you want to cancel your order, such a great way to run a business. All they have to do is just be honest from the onset, if you don’t have it stock just say out of stock, delivery expected soon, possible delays in delivering or something on those lines. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told to put it in writing, I have already been back and fourth on that’s and nothing happens, I again demanded to speak to a manager and said if I don’t get a call back by 11am this morning I will write a Trustpilot review, so here it is. I was told by the lady I spoke this morning I was threatening, I will never buy from this company again.
